| These prints were created during an Artist in School residency I did at Loreto College in 1999. Each Year 11 art student created a
drawing from the heritage garden at the school. The drawings were converted
into film negatives, which were exposed onto Torelief WS95 plates. Each
student printed an edition of 40 prints onto acid free cotton paper for
inclusion in a limited edition hand printed book titled 'Garden Minuet'. |

Untitled prints
Year
3, Seymour College
Relief photopolymer prints
10 x 14 cm, 1999
These prints were created during an Artist in School residency which I did at Seymour College in 1999. Each of the Year 3 primary school students
created a drawing which was then reduced in size on a photocopier and
printed onto overhead transparency film. The film was placed on a
Torelief WS95 plate and exposed in a UV unit. The Year 3 students worked
in teams of three, and exposed, washed-out, and dried the plates. They
post exposed the plates in sunlight. The students were assisted in inking
and printing their plates.
They
loved the process. |
